This vacation rental is ideally situated in the heart of Côte d'Azur, just a few kilometers from Cannes, the Croisette and its nice beaches. From there you can discover all the nice villages and cities around with a quick access to the A9 highway to Cannes, Saint Tropez, Monaco, Monte Carlo, Grasse, Eze, Antibes, Juan Les Pins and Italy.

The Villa des Millevues is an ideal holiday home for vacation on the French Riviera. It is a wonderful house on one level and easy to live. Totally renovated in 2009 and maintained with care. Ideally located on a hill facing the old village of Mougins in a residential and quiet area. It offers panoramic views of the village, the Tanneron Mountains and the Alps.

It has a delightful Mediterranean garden and a lovely swimming pool, with a large sun terrace for relaxation and rest.

The floor area of he house is 200 m² (2152 sq. ft.) and the garden 1.500 m² (16145 sq. ft.)
A nice lounge dining room and a open plan kitchen open to the living room.
4 bedrooms, with king size beds, all equiped with 4 independant bathroom or shower room.
